A 50 year old patient was admitted with pain abdomen,but chest x ray showed multiple rice grain intramuscular calcifications, similar calcifications along the long axis of muscle was seen in limb and abdominal x rays. MRI brain and orbit was normal. He gave history of nodular skin lesion 5 years back which resolved on its own.
Diagnosis: Disseminated healed myocysticercosis without CNS involvement.
